kbd66 uses automated fraud detection and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, kbd66 reserves the right to void all bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct, close the account immediately, and withhold all balances pending investigation. kbd66's determination on conduct violations is final.

All content on the kbd66 platform — including software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and all other proprietary materials (collectively "Platform Content") — is owned by or licensed to kbd66 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Services. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. kbd66 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or that it will be error-free. Online gaming involves financial risk; players should only wager amounts they can afford to lose. kbd66 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through use of the Platform beyond its liability cap stated above.
